The Friends of the Schindler House lecture series collection span .25 linear feet and dates from 1979. Friends of the Schindler House (FOSH), is a nonprofit organization that was founded in 1976 by Schindler’s former wife Pauline. FOSH acquired the Schindler house in 1980 with funding from the California Office of Historic Preservation. The nonprofit’s mission is to preserve and maintain Schindler’s Kings Road house in West Hollywood, California.
