Scope and content:

This collection contains the articles of incorporation for various businesses, clubs and associations in Ventura County from 1874-1980. The following articles have been noted as missing: 394, 540, 547, 1283, 1400, 1775-1776, 2775, 2803, 2806, 2818, 2822, 2841-2842, 2855, 2874, 3006, 3046, 3975, and 5200.
