This collection contains correspondence, reports, orders, memoranda, and notes, relating to Russian-Württemberg relations. Includes political reports and communications of Prince Gortchakoff, Minister to the Germanic Confederation. Includes correspondence, notes and manuscript drafts pertaining to military questions, and memoirs of Count Benckendorf, and political reports, instructions, correspondence, and documents of Mr. Titoff, Minister Ad Interim in Stuttgart. Also includes correspondence of Russian Representatives in Stuttgart with Russian Representatives in other cities, including Vienna, Munich, Berlin, Frankfurt, and Paris. Includes instructions for the Russian Army Respecting the Laws and Customs of War on Land, sanctioned in July 1904.
