This collection consists of correspondence, reports, orders, and printed matter, relating to Russian-German naval relations, and to Russian purchases of ships, ordnance, and naval equipment from German firms. Includes paperwork on artillery, hydrographics, diving-bell, steam boiler, Whitehead torpedo parts, steam torpedo sloops, and factory machinery and tools orders. Includes photographs of Krupp's guns tests.
