Scope and content:

Includes newspaper clippings, articles, magazines and ephemera relating to the Grateful Dead music group, their tours and their fans, called Deadheads. Several years' worth of clippings (about half of the total) were photocopied by Mr. Nixon and organized in binders, the order of which has been maintained.

Gift of Stu Nixon in 2001.
