This book is called Trau keinem Fuchs auf grüner Heid und keinem Jud bei seinem Eid (Trust No Fox in the Green Meadow and No Jew on His Oath) is a children's book written and published in 1936 during the Third Reich in Germany. The children's book was written by Elvira Bauer, a teacher and supporter of Nazi ideology. It was created as Nazi propaganda featuring antisemitic caricatures and stereotypes of Jewish people. It was illustrated by Philipp Rupprecht, a publisher to the Nazi newspaper Der Stürmer. The book went into print in 1936, it is estimated 100,000 copies were published by Stürmer-Verlag.

This book is called Trau keinem Fuchs auf grüner Heid und keinem Jud bei seinem Eid (Trust No Fox in the Green Meadow and No Jew on His Oath) is a children's book written and published in 1936 during the Third Reich in Germany. The children's book was written by Elvira Bauer, a teacher and supporter of Nazi ideology. It was illustrated by Philipp Rupprecht, a publisher to the Nazi newspaper Der Stürmer. The book went into print in 1936, it is estimated 100,000 copies were published by Stürmer-Verlag. The publishing house was owned by Julius Streicher, who later was executed for war crimes.

The book was part of Nazi anti-Jewish propaganda and used as an educational tool with the intention of indoctrinating children into Nazi ideology. The intention was to teach children, according to the Nazi Party in Germany, what a Jewish person is and what they look like. Children were exposed to the book from around 6 years of age, it became widely used in schools, and was purchased by parents.

The book is an anti-Semitic book targeted at children. It shows children what a "Jew" is and how to identify them. This is done both through text and illustration that accompany the text. Throughout the book Jewish people are compared to Germans and a clear division is made. It demonstrates the use of picture books and children's literature to indoctrinate children into Nazi ideology, especially anti-Semitism, prior to the Wannsee Conference of 1942.
