Certificates and awards presented to DeCarli as well as DVD and VHS copies of his oral history (2002) and "The DeCarli and Foy Families and Recollections".

Biographical / historical:

Decarli, UC Davis Class of 1928, served eight years on the Stockton City Council and was mayor from 1955 to 1959. DeCarli also operated the Happy Home Dairy company for thirty years before becoming an appraiser for San Joaquin First Federal Savings and Loan.
