The Los Robles Horticulture Club is one of the oldest clubs at Cal Poly Pomona founded in 1940 for students who have a common interest in the art of gardening. The Los Robles Horticulture Club is open to students of all majors in all colleges. Membership benefits include field trips to various gardens and other horticulturally oriented facilities.

- The records were transferred by the Los Robles Club to the University Archives in two separate accruals in 1999 and 2001.

The collection underwent further processing in 2017 by Kimberly Moses to enhance findability and access. The finding aid was revised in 2017 by Kimberly Moses and the collection number was changed from UA2001.12 to 0040.
