Diagrams and blue prints. Henry F. Withey supervised the Southern California project with the California State Historical Association likely having provided administrative support. (Withey's photographs are housed in P-35). Box 1 contains Surveys No. 37-1 through 37-37; 38-1 through 38-10. Box 2 contains Surveys No. 21 through 332. Box 3 contains Surveys No. 3-2 through 3-29. 1937 index in Box 1.
