Fazenda Tozan, also known as Fazenda Monte d'Este, is an historic rural property and plantation located in the city of Campinas, São Paulo. The origins of the farm trace back to the mid-18th century; it was established in 1798 under the name Fazenda Ponte Alta. In 1927, Hisaya Iwasaki, the son of Yataro Iwasaki, the founder of the Mitsubishi group, acquired 3,700 hectares of the property. During World War II, the land was confiscated by the Brazilian government as enemy property but was returned relatively early after the war in recognition of the achievements of the first farm manager, Dr. Kiyoshi Yamamoto, who used natural enemies to exterminate coffee pests and plant eucalyptus trees. Today, Fazenda Tozan continues its operations, focusing on coffee cultivation and educational tourism.
