Collection contains files relating to the Russell Ranch in Davis and other family ranching operations in Idaho and Arizona. Material in the collection includes correspondence, financial statements, and annual reports. The collection also includes reprints of Dr. William O. Russell's publications.

Biographical / historical:

William O. Russell (1910-1997) graduated from Stanford University and Stanford Medical School. He headed the Dept. of Pathology at the University of Texas and M.D. Anderson Hospital in Houston Texas, and later the Dept. of Pathology at North Ridge Medical Center in Fort Lauderdale.
