The scrapbook contains photos of Fowler, his customers and his staff person, Muriel. It also has his notes and questions regarding his diagnosis of AIDS and a hand-written draft of a letter he wrote to his brother telling him of his illness. The collection also contains some loose photos of the shop and the intersection of 18th and Castro, a death certificate, a receipt from the Neptune Society, and a letter from a friend.
