Letter to Col. W.B. Wooster written by John H. Doolittle, Ausonia, February 28th, 1867.

Biographical / historical:

John H. Doolittle was from Derby, Connecticut. He was mustered 1st lieutenant in Company B and later promoted to captain of the Twentieth Connecticut Volunteer Infantry, Company B, on April 21, 1864. He was discharged on November 28, 1864.
