Old gravel dumps from dredgers, at Lancha Plana, 4 miles below Pardee Dam. This was the source of the gravel supply for the concrete in the dam.

Pardee Dam Construction, -- Showing cleaning of rock in river bed by use of jets of combined water and compressed air. Rocks were scoured with steel wire brooms and were hand cleaned.
