Scope and content:

This pre-existing series contains items identified by the Regional Office as "Program Files". Included are correspondence, memoranda, clippings and printed materials relating to particular programs, issues and events, maintained by the Regional Office in subject files. Further documentation of these issues and events may also be found in the records of regional staff and the General Subject Files (Subseries 3.5).

Arrangement:

Arranged alphabetically. The series has been further divided into subseries of Education (6.1), Housing (6.2), Employment/ Labor (6.3), Legal Action (6.4), Legislation (6.5), Political Action (6.6), Voting (6.7), and Youth (6.8).
