Announcement poster for a rally depicts a man dressed in a black suit with his arm around a young woman's neck and shoulders. The woman is looking down and her hands have manacles. An enlarged image of her tied hands stands by the side of the figures and is framed by a circular shape. Underneath it, black lettering reads: "Combat The Promises Of Juvenile Prison Free youth coalition. . . .826 6474." The print is bruised in several parts along the edges. A piece of non acid-free tape has been adhered at the front with information about a new location for the event.
