Announcement poster for "1776-1976 Xicano Bicentenial." Red and black image of a man whose mouth has been tied up with a thick chain and a lock with the inscription: "Made in USA." The background is made of thick strokes of black, red, and white. There is white lettering in the border underneath image area. Mark: located outside and at the bottom of the image area reads: "RCAF" and an arrow symbol underneath it
