Scope and content:: This collection contains materials relating to the history of Happy Valley School and it's surrounding community. Included are minutes of the Get-Together Club of Happy Valley (1912-1918), yearbooks for Happy Valley School (1982-1994) and photocopies of documents and school pictures (1874-1994).
Biographical / historical:: Established in 1864, Happy Valley School is located approximately 3.5 miles from downtown Santa Cruz, nestled in the foothills of the Santa Cruz Mountains. It is a one school district with a population of 130+ kindergarten thru sixth grade students.
