Each volume contains the following information: date of acquisition, stock no., vendor, dimensions, sale date, buyer, and sale price, where indicated, in code. Listings below give approximate number of entries for selected artists' names, as listed in the inventory that came with the archive. Note, however, that the list of names is not exhaustive.
