Table of contents What's This?
Records include memoranda, reports, and correspondence, largely of Bruce Lusignan, project director, 1974-77; and the report "A Developmental Plan for Educational Radio and Television of Iran," June 1978, by Stuart Cooney, Lyle M. Nelson, and D. Glenn Starlin of the Dept. of Communications.
Stanford entered into a research project with the National Iranian Radio and Television agency in 1974 to study and recommend a satellite-based communication system for Iran and how to utilize it for Iran's educational radio and television.
