This collection consists of the business records of the Sunset Club of Los Angeles, California, a men's social organization, from its inception in 1895, and currently updated through 2010.
The Sunset Club was started in Los Angeles, California, in 1895 by Charles Dwight Willard (1866-1914), along with Charles Fletcher Lummis, W.C. Patterson, Bert Estes, and Fred L. Alles. It was modeled on the Sunset Club of Chicago as a men's social organization.

The responsibility for identifying the copyright holder, if there is one, and obtaining necessary permissions rests with the researcher.
Some items are restricted to the use of Sunset Club members.
