Abstract:
Diaries for 1930, 1931, and 1936; entries generally concern her daily activities, her studies at Stanford and elsewhere, and her social life. There are entries in the 1931 volume concerning pledging Delta Delta Delta at Stanford, tea with Prof. Edith Mirrielees, and attending an "at-home" at Prof. Albert L. Guérard's. The 1936 volume, written at Fair Oaks, California, mentions a visit to the former Leland Stanford house in Sacramento and her research project on mental testing; this volume also includes a few entries from 1938-50. There is a fourth volume that contains notes on psychology, written in 1939-40.
