Scope and Content Note

The Armed Forces Entertainment series consists of script material, sketches, service manuals, and publications produced in connection to the Special Service Division and in which Kimmel was involved in some capacity. The bulk of the series is comprised of folios and guides relating to the production of Soldier Shows. There is no specific arrangement to the series. The Unidentified Projects series consists of what appears to be sketches, sketch ideas, and script material for productions in which Kimmel may have been involved in some capacity. Of note are the script and production materials for the project, The Independence Homecoming Parade. The bulk of the materials were originally found in unlabeled loose binders.
