Scope and content:

This series contains a 2013 acquisition of legal records from several offices on the UC Irvine campus that were compiled and transferred to the Central Records Unit. Materials include legal agreements, licenses, contracts, and leases; mostly from the offices of Administrative Services, the Office of Physical Planning, and the Office of Business and Contract Services. Each subseries pertains to a particular topic or type of legal file and were originally marked with two-letter codes: Agreements (AG), California College of Medicine (CC), Leases (LE), Licenses (LI), Insurance (IN), Sites and Utility (SI), and UCI Medical Center (UC). Forms of material include correspondence, contracts, memos, reports, and other paper documents.

Materials are arranged within each subseries alphabetically by folder title.
