It includes materials from the Office of Physical Planning and Construction and Campus Planning and Development. Files include documents on campus buildings, utility and site development, roads, sewage, water, and capital funding.

This series is organized by Central Records file numbers 850-879 and arranged alphabetically by subject, except where chronological order was originally established by Central Records. Other records on these topics are located in the previous series.
