This series consists of annual reports, meeting minutes, correspondence and policy manuals, including materials from the Affirmative Action Program (UC and UCI), Office of Relations with Schools and Colleges, Innovation in Student Life, Admissions, Student Affairs (UC and UCI), Enrollment (UC and UCI), Health Services, Student Discipline and Conduct, Student Organizations, ASUCI, Associated Graduate Students, Campus Union, and the University Center.

Some material in this series was originally filed by academic year (i.e. Fall-Summer quarter is an academic year). As a result, more than one folder may contain material of the same year, for example:
