Phillips and primarily pertaining to parapsychology-related groups, studies, and issues in Santa Barbara, southern California, and elsewhere in the United States.

    The collection is arranged into the following sections:
    • Research - by subject area; notes, test data, etc. Includes materials on Phillips' Glendan Company and their product the Acupointer.
    • Subject files - includes articles, clippings, etc. on parapsychology and related areas.
    • Organizations - flyers, brochures, some newsletters, etc.
