Two copies of the voter education packets distributed by the the Iraq Out-of-Country Voting Program. Each packet contains Compact disc, brochures, fliers, and informational packets in Arabic, English, and Kurdish about out-of-country voting in Iraq's Transitional National Assembly election. Includes registration instructions, list of candidates and sample ballot.
