His publications include George Washington in love and otherwise (1925) and The estate of George Washington, deceased (1927). The collection consists of correspondence, manuscripts, typescript drafts, photocopies, and printed matter.

    Biography

    Prussing was born on July 12, 1855 in Chicago, Illinois; attended Bryant and Stratton's Business College; LLB, University of Michigan, 1878; admitted to Illinois and Michigan bars in 1878; practiced law in Chicago until 1918; settled in Hollywood, California, 1921; director of Citizens' Association of Chicago, serving as president, 1903-04; publications include George Washington in love and otherwise (1925) and The estate of George Washington, deceased (1927); he died in 1936.
