Biography
Vin (Vinnie) Bogert was a radio, television, and screen writer, who devoted the majority of his work to television comedy.
His numerous credits include head writer on
The Garry Moore Show,
The Ed Wynn Show, and
The Carol Burnett Show. He was an active member of the Writers Guild of America, West. Bogert died on November 28, 1978.
Scope and Content
Collection consists primarily of scripts for the radio series
Duffy's Tavern (1946 to 1950) and the television series
The Garry Moore Show (1950 to 1964). Includes some production notes and other miscellaneous scripts.
