There is information on backpacking, the Appalachian Trail, the Mineral King development in California's Sequoia National Forest, clubs, museums, facilities, services, bibliographies and the origins of geographic names. An alphabetical-by-subject arrangement is used throughout. In boxes 59 and 60 there is an assortment of camping magazines and newsletters.
