Description
Survey questionnaires of randomly selected households in Ghana, relating to incidence and value of household expenditures
for various categories of food items, clothing, transportation, medical care, and other purposes, correlated by household
income and rural or urban location. Includes information on sampling method, and some memoranda and studies subsequently prepared
by members of the Stanford University Food Research Institute staff, analyzing the data.
Availability
The collection is open for research; materials must be requested in advance via our reservation system. If there are audiovisual
or digital media material in the collection, they must be reformatted before providing access.
