    Scope and Contents of Collection

    The Women's Center was founded in 1975 and provides a variety of services to the UCSB community, including sexual and gender diversity programs and resources, education and outreach programs, a lending library and art gallery, and resources for non-traditional students. The Center affiliates with campus offices, departments, and student organizations as well as outside community resources to facilitate their mission.     The collection contains event, lecture, program and course flyers, pamphlets and booklets on services and women's issues, memos from the center, and other related materials.
