This series contains the files Margulies maintained while producting The Man Who Captured Eichmann. These files include budget information, correspondence in subject files, various versions of the script, deal memos and clippings and publicity files. A large portion of the material in this series was not in files created by Margulies; this material is now in files titled [Miscellaneous].

Biographical / historical:

The Man who Captured Eichmann dramatizes the hunt for Adolf Eichmann and his capture by the Israeli Mossad agaent Peter Malkin in 1960. The made-for-TV movie, which was based on the book "Eichmann In My Hands" by Peter Z. Malkin and Harry Stein starred Robert Duvall (as Eichmann) and Arliss Howard (as Malkin). The movie, which originally aired on cable in 1996, was produced by the Stan Margulies Company and was nominated for two Emmys. Margulies received an executive producer's credit. Much of the movie was filmed on location in Buenos Aires.
