    William Penn (1644-1718) was an early Quaker and founder of the Province of Pennsylvania.

    Collection consists of correspondence, manuscripts, typescripts, pamphlets, clippings, and books concerning the life of William Penn (1644-1718) and genealogy research about his descendants. Included are materials relating to the history of Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Maryland during the Colonial period.
