    Biographical/Historical note

    The Stanford Workshops on Political and Social Issues (SWOPSI) 162: "Homosexuality: An Overview," was class was a two-quarter course focusing on homosexuality, taught in 1978-1979 by Corb Smith and Sally Cole. Goals of the Florence Moore-based workshop were to learn about religious and social attitudes, behaviors, political and social issues, and about other aspects of the lives of lesbians and gay men.

    Access to Collection

    Box 2 contains student numbers, and is restricted for 75 years from the date of creation. Otherwise, the materials are open for research use. Audio-visual materials are not available in original format, and must be reformatted to a digital use copy.
