This collection includes raw interview footage, finished video interviews, an audio essay, and photographs taken by Kori Susuki related to KQED's reporting on the lawsuit to overturn Proposition 8. The interviews were recorded in 2023 and feature the two couples who acted as plaintiffs in the lawsuit reflecting on their experiences from the 2010 trial. The final videos are titled, "The Fight for Marriage Equality: Kris Perry and Sandy Stier" and "The Fight for Marriage Equality: Paul Katami and Jeffrey Zarrillo." The audio recording features Carlos Cabrera-Lomel's essay titled "A Queer Journalist Reflects on the Legacy of the Proposition 8 Trial Tapes" for The California Report Magazine.
