Description
The Ronald Haver collection spans the years 1920-1990 (bulk 1933-1954) and encompasses approximately 2 linear feet. The collection contains script material, production records, clippings, photographs, pressbooks, periodicals, books, magazines, and souvenir programs. The material was collected by Haver and most of it relates to films produced by David O. Selznick, including GONE WITH THE WIND (1939).
Background
Ronald Haver was the director of film programs at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art for more than twenty years. He authored several books on films related to producer David O. Selznick.
