Scope and content:

The Stolovich papers are divided into 9 separate series: Personal Papers, Correspondence, Creative Works, Research Works by others, Art Work by others, Conference materials, Newspapers and magazines, Newspaper clippings, and Audiovisual materials.

Biographical / historical:

Leonid Naumovich Stolovich (1929-2013) received his degrees from Leningrad University and was professor emeritus of the Philosophy Department of Tartu University in Estonia. He specialized in the fields of aesthetics, axiology and the history of philosophy. He is the author of more than forty books and 400 publications in 20 languages.
