This collection consists of a group of nine Bay Area Coalition Against Briggs Initiative (BACABI) handbills and brochures, opposing California Proposition 6, the "Briggs Initiative" of 1978. The collection also contains nine issues of the newsletter Gayvote: News from the San Francisco Gay Democratic Club from January to November, 1978.
