This collection is unprocessed. In 2025, USC Libraries staff found printouts of a collection inventory titled "Anthony Slide Collection (Listing by Anthony Slide)" in an offsite storage facility. The Accessioning Archivist scanned the inventory and uploaded the digital surrogate to the USC Digital Library (see the "Digital Material" link from this finding aid to the USC Digital Library). The inventory lists the collection's contents as they were physically arranged circa 2014. Some of the inventory's description of the material, along with the description of the collection's physical arrangement, is no longer accurate. Parts of the inventory may refer to material held in a separate collection donated by Anthony Slide: Vaudeville posters collection, Collection no. 2612, Cinematic Arts Library, USC Libraries.
