Papers transferred from the UC Santa Barbara Cheadle Center for Biodiversity and Ecological Restoration to the UC Santa Barbara Library Department of Special Research Collections. Included in this collection are the papers generated in the course of research by area botanists and biologists, as well as records documenting such events as the UCSB Greenhouse acquisition, and the creation of the Carpinteria Salt Marsh Reserve.
