    Biographical / Historical

    Philip R. Lee graduated from Stanford University School of Medicine in 1947. Lee was an American physician who served as the United States Assistant Secretary for Health and Scientific Affairs under President Lyndon B. Johnson from 1965 to 1969 and President Bill Clinton from 1993 to 1998.
