Scope and content:

This collection comprises a photograph album that contains images of sculptor Paul Slany's work and of Agneta Slany and her students, demonstrating her style of dance. In addition, the collection includes a greeting card and brief biographical essay on Agneta Slany.

Biographical / historical:

Agaeta Slany was a modern dance teacher in Los Angeles in the late 1920s and early 1930s and her husband, Paul Slany, was a sculptor.
