This collection contains various pieces of ephemera and periodical issues related to Latinos,
chiefly focused on Chicanos in California from the 1970s to 2000s. Materials include programs, fliers, brochures, clippings,
and magazine issues related
to various subjects including the Chicano movement, Cesar Chavez and farm labor, community organizing, strikes and boycotts,
journalism and journalist Ruben Salazar, and cultural events including plays, museum exhibits, and Día de los Muertos events.
All requests for permission to publish or quote from the material must be submitted in writing to the Boeckmann Librarian.
