Biography
Hollywood on Location was a Los Angeles-area publication that documented location filming during the
1980s. The publication, compiled from a variety of industry and public sources, and made available for
sale directly to the public, documented location shooting activities for feature films and television
productions throughout the Los Angeles metropolitan area. The company was founded by Jack Weinberg, a
lawyer and insurance executive, in 1982.
