boats are shown being constructed at the boat shop Aeolus Boats, in Davenport, California, and under way in various bodies
of water in the San Francisco Bay Area. The collection has been processed to the file unit level.
Background
William H. Grunwald was one of the most established and prominent boat builders in Northern California during the second half
of the 20th century. He usually went by the name of Bill Grunwald and he owned the boat shop Aeolus Boats in Davenport, California
for over 40 years.
