The California State Railroad Museum Subject Files are a collection of miscellaneous subjects assembled by the California
State Railroad Museum Library & Archives' staff since it opened in 1981. The purpose of this collection was to gather loose
items relevant to specific railroad topics, and to make them accessible to researchers interested in a particular subject.
