This 8mm film documents the Imperial Court’s Mr. and Miss Gay San Francisco competition event held in 1974, in which Peter Decker is named Mr. Gay San Francisco of 1975. Empress Vill Maxine appears in her tiara and has a place of honor on stage, while Mister Marcus is briefly shown along with Empress Reba out of drag as the event’s emcees. The majority of the film focuses on Peter Decker, including shots of him at home with a friend as well as at an unknown location with Miss Gay San Francisco of 1975 Tammy Lynn.
