The yard was sometimes referred to in the Crocker-Langley San Francisco City Directories as the Stone & Swann Boat Yard, as well as in an undated advertisement reproduced in Heig, James (ed.) Pictorial history of Tiburon: a California railroad town (San Francisco: 1984)
During this time in Tiburon, some of the boat yard's customers included George V. Biber of the Corinthian Yacht Club, George E. Billings, William Brooks, Henry Gorter, H. D.
